Everyone was super communicative and helpful. I was dealing with an insurance claim that they helped with. The body work on my vehicle was thorough and done extremely well. I was worried about mechanical issues (which there ended up being none), but I was listened to and my car was examined thoroughly to make sure it didn’t need more work. This was the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic/body shop. David and the other staff were very nice, communicative and did amazing work. They fought with my insurance on my behalf to supply new parts instead of the used parts that the insurance company quoted. The results are stellar! Kevin was a huge help, super upfront and communicative through the whole process. They totally simplified the process and helped me out with insurance. I was worried this truck would never be the same, but I genuinely cannot even tell the truck was in an accident. Even down to the small details like colors of bolts and little plastic pieces are right where they should be! Great place to come for dents and bad collisions thats a given. They did amazing work on my Toyota Tacoma when I was in a wreck, they did an awesome job with a new metal front bumper and repaired all the damage that was caused by the accident. Which included my radiator and fan along with a couple of sensors that got damaged. I can’t say enough good things about David’s Hail & Collision. They did auto body work on my Jeep and the results were absolutely incredible — it looks amazing. What truly impressed me was how they handled my insurance company. They managed to accomplish in six weeks what I had been struggling to get done on my own from January through April. They took on all the back-and-forth and stress of dealing with insurance companies. That alone made a huge difference. They were also very transparent about the timeline. It wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but it was honest — and I genuinely appreciated that. They delivered exactly what they said they would. They replaced my gate and a few weeks after my taillight gave out - I called them up and had me come in to get that swapped out. I was in and out within five mins. As a bonus, they even cleaned my car, which was such a nice and unexpected touch. If you’re dealing with hail damage, insurance headaches, or collision repairs, I highly recommend David’s Hail & Collision. Kevin, Jesus and all the staff were great! They took our fender bender and made it beautiful again.  Our insurance was giving us a hassle, but the guys worked their miracle  with what we had to pay out of pocket and gave us the best price. We appreciated that. The color match and blending was spot on, they were professional, friendly, and had great communication with me during the repair process. The shop is responsive and efficient. They did a wonderful repair on the back end of my car and unexpectedly thoroughly cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up—as if she’d been detailed. I had a small collision that messed up the front bumper on my 2006 Toyota Highlander. David’s Hail and Repair made the whole process super easy. I didn’t even have to drive out there since they’re about 45 minutes away. They got me a full quote remotely. When I picked the car up, not only was the bumper fixed perfectly, but they had cleaned the car and even taken care of a couple of other small things at no extra cost. It was all included in the original quote.  Most of the time, I feel like repair shops are just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. David’s was the total opposite. They actually went out of their way to add value and make it a great experience. We’re usually dealership people because we prioritize quality, but David’s showed that you can absolutely get that same level of quality at a fair price. I’ll definitely be going back.

I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. If you need work done on your car, or hail repair work, I highly recommend going here. Not only are they professional, and do a wonderful job, but they are so kind and are dedicated to their profession.They also detailed my car and paid for my Uber rides to and from the shop. I especially appreciate you taking the time to be at the shop and communicating openly about the issues and delays. While the repair process wasn't ideal, your straightforward honesty and lack of excuses have solidified my confidence in your service. I hope I won't need another repair anytime soon, but when I do, I plan to return to your shop. Below is the original post: I'm writing to follow up on the repairs. The completed work did not meet manufacturing specifications or the standards of insurance quality assurance. I had to dispute part the payment because the work wasn't performed by your team, despite the receipt you submitted. Although the insurance documentation confirmed your team completed the work, your representatives,Kevin, later stated that your team did not complete the work. Ultimately you paid me out for the repairs that were not done by your team. The cab of my truck has been repaired, but there are still some unresolved minor aesthetic issues. Your team damaged the cab, including breaking and bending the plastic housings of the panel covers, which now won't stay latched or closed. Although I was told these covers would be replaced, I never received a follow-up. There's also overspray on the glass of the rear passenger doors that were repaired. Jesus was awesome! Not only did they do a great job replacing my bumper, he was a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy. Found this shop by hard research near me. I am in located in Mar Lee Denver.  Had a autoshop pay for rearbumper damage and we said what the he'll.  Let's fix the front bumper as it needed it as well.  It was a 2012 Honda Odyssey and let's say it looks like it drove off the lot with it's very first miles. I am an automotive enthusiast. Have my automotive tech degree. This was quality work. Not only that great value for pricing.  They are competitive in the market and will get my future business as well. We got rear-ended by a company car approximately 5 months ago and the company had originally said they would pay for the full price of the repairs. We received at least 5 other estimates (requested by the company we would never have gotten so many estimates otherwise), and of course because David’s Hail and Collision Repair had given us the lowest estimate, the company wanted us to receive the repairs there. This estimate was about $2,000 - $3,000 lower than any other estimate we had received. While we were skeptical of the pricing, we saw that David’s Hail and Collision Repair had very great reviews, so against our better judgment, we decided to drop off the car to receive repairs. We dropped off the car on a Wednesday, but when calling the following days, we were told that they hadn’t even looked at the car since they were busy trying to get out hail damaged vehicles. Fine I suppose, but we definitely thought it was strange they would take the car when they did not have time to look at it. We would have gladly come back and dropped it off when they were less busy. Instead they did not start to look at the vehicle until, what we were informed, the following Tuesday. Mind you, we had to call each time to receive updates, and only received an updated estimate email after we called. David’s Hail and Collision Repair ended up more than doubling the original preliminary estimate. I know that there was damage that was not visible without taking it apart, but we knew it was odd that their preliminary estimate was so much lower than every other estimate. Obviously, the company refused to pay for the cost of repairs after the new price, so we were forced to try to go through insurance instead of having the company send us a check for the repairs. However, we did not realize that since there is a high likelihood that insurance will total out the car, the shop would charge us $100 a day for storage. It would have been nice to be informed of this before dropping off the vehicle. As stated earlier, the car was not even looked at until 6 days after we had originally dropped it off. They ended up giving us a “discount” of $50 a day, but they were still charging us a total of $764 for days they did not even look at the car and through the weekend when they were closed. We are a two-person household with full time jobs in healthcare with one vehicle and now we are down to zero. Even in the case that the insurance company deems the car totaled and we will have to find a way to purchase a new one, we will not be returning to David’s Hail and Collision Repair for any future repairs. They are money and business first and customer service seemingly last since they had no compassion or understanding for our situation. Instead, they backed us into a corner forcing us to pay $800 to take our car back after they doubled the price of the original estimate, and didn’t even look at the car until almost a week later.

I had this amazing experience working with Kevin. I had to fix my door frame before i leave Colorado permanently. i was super anxious about the timeline. Kevin returned my car with an absolutely amazing job done in just a week. The original timeline was 2 weeks. My RAV-4 had a dented trunk caused by backing into a post. The dealer thought it would cost over $1000 to repair. I stopped by David’s Hail and Collision to ask about a repair & they came out to look at the car, brought a suction cup & popped it out. I asked how much it would cost & he said nothing! I damaged the front end of our vehicle on a snowbank in our driveway in March 2024. After making a claim  with the insurance company we decided to take it to David’s Hail & Collision Repair because of all the great reviews it received and because it was close by. It took the insurance company about 3 weeks to approve the repair, after which the 3 parts needed were ordered. For whatever reason that is beyond anyone’s control, the parts were delayed and our vehicle was in the shop until May 20, 2024. I got a phone call from the shop saying that 2 of the parts had arrived but were still waiting on the third one and was asked  if I wanted them to repair it with the parts that did arrive, get our vehicle back and then take it back to finish the repair when the last part did come. Since we had been without a vehicle for 2 months we agreed. It is now August and thankfully I was informed on 08/16 that the part came in, an appointment was made and the repair was finished. David’s Hail & Collision Repair worked with us until the completion of the work and we are satisfied with their service and the outcome.
